I saw “When Vegetables Go Bad” on Friday in Abacus in Portland, Maine and laughed myself sick.

Enid is one of my all time favorites – - but all of your intricately done, totally whimsical work makes November one of my favorite months as Abacus pulls out your ornaments. My sister-in-law is happily waiting for a belated birthday present. I started giving them to her as gifts, and she is as charmed by them as I am.

But this multiple piece work do beat all!!

Well, it won’t be in print too soon, I haven’t even started the paintings yet – still waiting for revision approval, ugh! I’m glad Emmy sent a note. Hope things are going ok? I’ll shoot you an email soon!

Tom is slightly odd, haha! He is a real lovable kitty who makes strange noises and takes steroids because of an un-diagnosed skin condition that made him so itchy that he started getting bald spots from all his scratching, hahaha! Doing better at the moment…

A cat! Looks a little like the dearly departed Rascal. I hope that Tom is “slightly odd” enough to fit in with the rest of the household.
